Zameen.com is seeking a reliable Cashier to join its Lahore regional office. The person in this role will handle petty cash transactions, assist with vendor payments, and help maintain accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial documentation and payment processes.
Assist in processing and verifying vendor payments
Prepare cheques and coordinate with authorized signatories for approval
Work with internal departments to verify documents required for vendor payments
Record and verify petty cash transactions according to company policies
Monitor and track advances issued to departments such as supply chain, administration, and procurement
Maintain accurate records of petty cash payments and adjustments
Manage petty cash tracking for company projects and ensure proper issuance
Support bank-related cash handling and related financial tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com, BBA preferred)
2–3 years of relevant work experience in cashiering, accounts, or finance
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
