Handle the complete order process from start to finish
Check order details such as pricing, quantity, and delivery terms
Enter and manage orders in systems like SAP
Monitor orders from entry to delivery
Ensure on-time and complete delivery (OTIF)
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams
Process product returns and approvals
Manage credit and debit notes
Resolve customer complaints and order issues
Maintain clear communication with customers
Respond to queries through email or calls
Build strong and professional relationships
Maintain accurate records in the system
Use tools like Microsoft Excel for reporting
Prepare reports using functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Follow company policies and compliance rules
Ensure all processes meet internal standards
Maintain proper documentation and records
2–3 years of experience in customer service or order management
Experience in FMCG companies is a plus
Hands-on experience with SAP and reporting tools
Strong knowledge of Excel functions
Strong communication skills (English required)
