We are looking for a passionate Development Chef who understands food, creativity, and how great products can win customers.
In this role, you will help turn our food products into compelling stories that customers want to buy. Before any sales meeting happens, you will understand the customer’s needs, prepare product demonstrations, and show clearly why our products stand out in the market.
Your demonstrations and tastings will help customers experience the real quality of our products. The goal is simple: show the value, build trust, and help convert potential customers into long-term Blue Band Professional Service partners.
You will also work closely with internal teams to train them, share knowledge, and give them practical kitchen tools so they can confidently present our products to customers.

Create strong product stories
You will highlight the strengths of our products and explain them in a way that customers understand and appreciate.
Prepare and lead product demonstrations
You will organize cooking demos and tastings that show exactly how our products perform in real kitchens.
Support the sales team
You will collaborate with Sales Representatives, Territory Managers, and Channel Managers to make sure everyone understands how to present the products effectively.
Train internal teams
You will develop simple training plans so the entire team knows how to use and promote our products with confidence.
Work on product improvements
By understanding market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products, you will help improve existing products and contribute ideas for new ones.
Solve problems quickly
If customers face issues, you will help investigate the problem, find solutions, and ensure improvements are documented to avoid future issues.
We’re looking for someone who truly loves food and understands how kitchens work.
You should have:
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, menu planning, and recipe creation
Experience with product testing and understanding competitor products
The ability to turn product features into powerful selling stories
Good communication skills to present ideas clearly and confidently
Leadership skills to guide teams and support sales staff
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Most importantly, you should enjoy experimenting with food, learning new trends, and finding better ways to serve customers.
This role is perfect for someone who combines culinary creativity with business thinking.
You’ll be working in a fast-moving environment, so energy, dedication, and a strong work ethic are important. In return, you will get the freedom and ownership to make a real impact.
If this sounds like the kind of role where you can thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
Please submit your application before 26 March 2026.
Don’t worry if your resume isn’t perfectly updated. You can apply with what you have or even share your LinkedIn profile.
