We are currently looking for motivated individuals who enjoy sales, communication, and working in a remote environment.
As a Digital Sales Virtual Assistant, you will help convert potential customers into buyers by reaching out through email, live chat, and SMS. Your main goal is to support customers during their shopping journey, answer questions, and encourage them to complete their purchases.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and helping online brands grow.
Contact customers who have abandoned their shopping carts and assist them in completing their purchases
Communicate with customers through email, SMS, and live chat
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
Help increase sales and improve the overall customer experience
Resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate support channels
Work with the internal team to improve outreach strategies and customer engagement
At least 1 year of experience in remote or online sales
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience (email, chat, or phone)
Strong written communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Personal computer or laptop (Intel i5 processor or higher)
Stable internet connection with minimum 15 Mbps upload and download speed
Quiet and professional workspace for remote communication
