Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Design Team

Manage and guide a team of designers, engineers, and researchers

2. Develop Design Strategy

Create a clear design plan based on market trends and customer needs

Improve product quality and design performance

3. Manage Product Design Process

Oversee the full design process from idea to final product

4. Support Research and Development (R&D)

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Materials, or related field)
Degree must be from an HEC recognized institution
15–18 years of experience in design and leadership roles
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction industries
Strong knowledge of product design from start to finish
Experience with international design standards
Skills in CAD, CAM, and 3D design tools
Knowledge of furniture design and woodwork is a plus
