We are seeking a Senior Unreal Engine Developer with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in real-time 3D development. This role is tailored for a technically strong professional who can lead experimentation, rapid prototyping, and advanced system development within Unreal Engine.
Architect, develop, and maintain complex gameplay systems, tools, and core engine features using Blueprints and C++.
Lead applied R&D initiatives in real-time systems, AI integration, simulation workflows, and procedural generation.
Design and prototype advanced mechanics, visual effects, and interactive systems rapidly.
Optimize large-scale systems and prototypes for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, designers, and technical artists.
Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce clean coding and documentation standards.
Analyze technical papers and implement research-driven algorithms, translating academic concepts into production-ready systems.
7–8 years of professional experience with Unreal Engine (expert in both Blueprints and C++).
Strong foundation in systems architecture, mathematics, memory management, and performance optimization.
Deep understanding of Unreal’s rendering pipeline, animation system, AI framework, physics engine, and networking.
Proven experience building scalable real-time 3D systems.
Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills.
Ability to implement complex systems from scratch, not relying solely on marketplace assets.
Experience in procedural generation, simulation systems, or AI/ML integration in Unreal.
Familiarity with Unreal’s Python API, USD workflows, or custom plugin/tool development.
Background in R&D environments, experimental game development, or academic research projects.
Experience with high-performance real-time applications beyond gaming (e.g., simulations, AI-driven environments, visualization tools).
