We are looking for a motivated Web Analytics & Tracking Specialist to join our growing Analytics team. In this role, you will help set up, manage, and troubleshoot tracking systems for both internal projects and client websites.
Your main responsibility will be implementing and maintaining accurate conversion tracking. This includes identifying issues, fixing tracking errors, and ensuring reliable data collection across different platforms.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving technical problems, learning new tools, and taking initiative. If something is unclear, you’re comfortable researching solutions, asking questions, and testing different approaches until the problem is solved.
Set up and manage conversion tracking for forms, buttons, e-commerce transactions, and other website interactions
Verify and test tracking implementations to ensure accurate data collection
Identify and resolve tracking issues across websites and marketing platforms
Troubleshoot measurement and testing tools such as A/B testing platforms and analytics tools
Create custom reports using analytics platforms and other data sources
Work with internal teams and external clients to explain tracking setups and resolve issues
Provide updates on progress and ensure projects are completed on time
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for website tracking implementation, testing, and maintenance
At least 2 years of experience using website analytics tools, including Google Analytics (UA and GA4)
Basic understanding of JavaScript
Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude
Strong knowledge of web analytics, including implementation, validation, reporting, and measurement strategies
Experience working with third-party tags, pixels, and tracking scripts
Familiarity with migrating analytics accounts from Universal Analytics to GA4
Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Daily schedule must overlap at least 4 hours with Eastern Time (8 AM – 12 PM ET)
